I love this place. I can get in and out before my kids wake up. The staff is friendly and supportive. The music is great. This is the best way to start my day, but they have convenient classes after work too. I joined during a 4 week competition and lost over 20lbs.

The trainers are helpful and knowledgeable. I love going here. They help you prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think you are. I love that I can get a 30 min all over body workout without having to spend hours at the gym. Totally recommend this place for any age and body type.

The trainers are amazing! They push you to do your best and encourage a healthy lifestyle. I've been going for 5 months and have never felt better. I feel physically stronger and have more energy throughout the day. I highly recommend anyone to join!

Portage Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a place to go work out...it is place with a great group of people interested in helping you reach your goals! Not only by motivating you through workouts that only last 30 mins😊, but teaching you nutritional skills to help you maximize your results and create a healthy lifestyle. I am so thankful I stepped out of my comfort zone, into my workout clothes and started my journey for a healthier, happier life!
