This is a great, small neighborhood studio. The classes are unique and I especially love the gentle yoga with meditation on Saturdays. Glad they are here and if you are in oakland try an independent studio rather than the usual formula.
I got individualized attention and support. The instructor tailored the practice to my specific needs hips and lower back. It was an excellent way to start my day. I was Challenged without being demoralized. I left feeling strong and inspired.
Love the intimate studio space and the great classes kemetic yoga is my favorite. Love the POC community vibe with wonderful workshops.
Great studio! Great energy! Lots of interesting classes. Amazing people
Got a massage with Groupon with Shayna owner. Super cool woman, community oriented, will be back for classes!
