Love love love this place! I have been doing small group training (sgts) with Mike and I love the accountability from having scheduled sessions and having 2-3 other people with me because then I'm letting more than just my trainer down if I decide to skip. Plus I'm super competitive so working with other people pushes me harder than I would alone. Much more affordable than 1 on 1 training.

Great gym and extremely friendly staff! I really enjoy the Team Trainings and SGT sessions they offer. The trainers are so motivating and helpful! Definitely recommend checking this place out!! :)

Exactly the gym I wanted and a great place to hang out. Since the new owner arrived it's never been better! MORE and NEW equipment and they're remodeling over the summer! Great location for a gym. The staff is extremely friendly and always seems to include members in every way they can. Their personal training is AMAZING. I didn't know how to structure my workouts before I became a member here and they made the perfect workout for me. Now I see results every time I workout!
