5/5 love the pumpkin pie - crispy crust and they nailed the flavours! Pork Empanadas were delicious and the pastry leaves you a memory you'll never forget. Donuts - perfection with savoury, sweet and actually feels like you ate a snack. Tried the chocolate dip, sugar donut, cinnamon twist, and strawberry powdered one. All delicious and made fresh! They are not overly sweet which was perfect. We will be back! Service was awesome both times I went - very kind people!

You'd be making a mistake if you didn't try the empanadas here the pork and the chicken are our two household favourites. Do it properly and reheat it at home for the best possible experience! The service is great and the food is delicious. We've had hit or miss experiences on stock quantities when visiting so it's best not to expect to be able to grab everything on their menu in one visit. But everything we have been able to grab has been great!

Absolutely great bakery. The staff is very nice and the prices are fairly priced! Everything is made fresh and their donuts are amazing. Also would recommend their gingerbread cookies! Would go back to again.

One word - Empanadas. Ok two words - Excellent Empanadas! Especially the chicken ones. But they have other stuff too like freshly baked bread and awesome donuts - rated #1 by blogTO in Scarborough. The donuts are a good value and what's best about it is the icing especially on the chocolate dip, Boston cream, vanilla dip, doesn't melt even in hot weather. The Boston cream's topping is also not sweet which is great. The ensaymada or Filipino Brioche is also quite excellent and a good value the more you buy. It is soft and topped off with butter, sugar and grated cheese. Goes really well with a coffee. Friendly service. The old school antique screen door adds a nice homely touch.

I'm always searching for the best donuts and cinnamon rolls, fritters etc. So I searched out a local bakery and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. I recently visited the Port Union Bakery. First of all the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. The bakery itself is small which is totally fine. It's a little on the run-down side, maybe dated is more accurate. I was hoping to try some other items but they weren't too appealing, at the very least I wanted to try the donuts so I purchased 1 dozen assorted. $10.50 While I disagree that these are "Scarborough's best kept secret" as I have seen reviewed, I will say they were ok. They were not stale but not that pillowy fresh which is what I look for. I went in at 12pm. The Dutchie was the best out of the box. The Boston Cream was probably second best. The custard inside was good. I had high hopes. Was it bad? Absolutely not. Can I find better donuts closer to home? Yes. If I lived in the neighborhood I would probably come by again. Do I recommend this business? No. I won't go out of my way to visit again. I wasn't wow'd.

Was looking for a good donut spot, so came here this morning on my motorcyle to try them out. Donuts are my all time favourite dessert, and let me tell you, these were the best donuts I have ever had. actually FRESH homemade and very cheap. the enpanadas where amazing as well! I love the feel inside, will be coming back very soon!

The BEST donuts in all of the GTA. I will stake my reputation on it. I could sit down a eat a dozen of their vanilla dip donuts in one single sitting.

These donuts are the perfect balance between cake-y and light. Probably the best donuts in Scarborough and their prices are the best 6 for $5.50, $3.25 on weekends! They’re cash or debit only btw.

Great not so spicy beef patties. Empanadas are not so spicy just the way my digestive system can take.

Delicious donuts and empanadas, must try! Reminds me of my childhood, every time I'm in the Port Union area I try to pop in! Yum!
