Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food is as good as any other Popeyes and I enjoy it. However, service and speed to be served your meal are terrible here. Everytime I've been here there have been different 'new' people behind the counter. Earlier this year service was very quick. Now though, no one stays long enough to know the job. Today's visit had me waiting 23 minutes for my food. No chicken had to be cooked for me either. 23 minutes to put chicken in a paper basket, place one sauce cup on a tray, place one biscuit on the chicken, and place a cup of prepackaged mashed potatoes on same tray. 23 minutes! Ugh.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The store was clean from the floor to the ceiling and bathrooms. I ordered the $20 family feast and is was really good. All around I am really happy with my experience here and plan to come back!!!

Typical Popeyes but very clean with great (if sometimes a bit slow) service. Love their spicy chicken tenders and fries.

Chicken is really good, better than most other choices. The sides are strangely sweet.

I called an order ahead to pickup through drive though and was told that they don't do phone orders to be picked up. I asked why not, and she said they just don't. But she'll make a one time exception. The food is good but service is horrible. Never going back.
