Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Very clean both the restaurant and the employees compared to three years ago when I first visited where the employees weren't that cleanly and they did not clean the kitchen or eating area that much. The staff now are very friendly and very clean with wearing clean uniforms and keeping their personal hygiene up to standards. The staff are very fast but efficient with taking orders and getting a long line through checkout quickly. Even if there is a long line you should stick around because the line moves at a fast pace and the food is very good.

Fast, tasty, and friendly. Food is savory and mild. Cozy and warm but not cramped. Better than fast food, cheaper than a fancy sit down place. Great place to go when you are hungry and don't know where to go. Close to a shopping, so a great pit stop if you're making a day of it.

Now this is worth talking about. Best Mexican food since we were in AZ. They make their tortillas while you watch. Custom build what you want. A hot sauce bar that is not to be believed. Love going here.

Cafe Rio is an amazing place with awesome employees and a beautiful interior. All their food is made from scratch daily. When you walk through the line, you can see someone making fresh tortilla. Then they make your food in front of you just the way you want it. Also try their house dressing. And creamy ranch dressing that has a small hint of jalapeno

Food is delicious and even though there is usually a long line it moves quick because the workers are good at what they do.
