Montana's Rib and Chop House

I was so impressed with this resturant. We went there as a large group after my husband's grandmothers funeral. We were treated exceptionally. We had our 2 toddlers with us and i was worried about them being occupied and staying behaved. The waitress brought apples for them and butcher paper for them to color. Very attentive wait staff. Food was hot and tasty. Kids meals came in a cute car. If we lived in Billings no doubt we would go back to this place often!

I arrived just before 4 on a Saturday. Lots of college football on the many screens in the bar. Cocktails were well crafted and potent. The soup of the day... Chicken tortilla, was the absolute best I've tasted anywhere!, I enjoyed the ribs, which are different than I've had before. Marinated 24 hours, then slow baked in their special oven for another 24, then finished on the grill. They seemed a tad dry but the flavor was intense and oh so tender. All of this and great service from the table staff made for a delightful dinner. Thank you!

Everything about my meal was perfect! I only wish that there was more. First time I have ever ordered a baseball cut sirloin (size and shape of a baseball). I ordered it medium, and it was perfectly medium all the way through. It was tender, and did not require any additional sauce for flavor. Easily one of the top 3 steaks I've ever had.

We have never been to one of these restaurants before. My husband had a steak sandwich and said it was amazing, my 89 year old mother that eats next to nothing had shrimp and ate all of them. I am not a steak fan but definitely a burger couniseur and I had the best burger that I have ever ever had and I have eaten allot of burgers. On I side note I taught cooking for 30 years. I am a fan and we will be back. Hats off to you. Service was also outstanding.

Rib and Chop have the BEST steaks of all time. I have never had a bad experience. I had a double charge on my credit card and the manager took care of it right away! I was very impressed by the service!
