This is not the first time this has happened...while ordering my husband said not once but twice that we wanted tenders and we received bone-in chicken. Now we have 10 pieces of chicken that my son won't eat and since being pregnant the thought of bone-in chicken makes me gag. What a waste and absolute frustration! Please listen carefully when your customers are ordering or double check with them! Like I said, this not the first time this has happened.

Worst Popeye's experience. The lady running the drive thru had me wait 3 min just to order and when I got to the window I could hear her doing it to others just to say nothing to me and take payment. Worst part was my brother legitimately receiving a plastic lid in his burger he tossed it immediately so I didn't have a pic but it happened and I got the tiniest amount of shrimp for 7.50. I'd never go to this location again.

When you get a 9 piece combo of CHICKEN OR TENDERS for $30 with 2 sides and 4 biscuits you can’t get a mix of some tenders and then some bone in? Makes no sense, same amount of money and your selling both so why do you just need to order 9 of one. Staff was no help in our problem. We usually order just the 16 piece CHICKEN OR TENDERS family meal and they usually let us pick what we want but now they said whoever served you was not following their policy. We’ve been picking what we want for probably the past 20+ times and there has been no problems, so why now?

Service was great! Very kind and helpful staff. This is the first time ive ever had Popeyes. The chicken was hot and crispy. Biscuit was cooked nicely. My fries, however, were cold and gravy was only half filled.Food: 3/5

5 piece tenders tasted like they are a week old and microwaved. Had us wait in drive through for 10 minutes for cold food. We got on the highway right away and then realized how bad the quality was. Called and just met with voice-mail. No solution just wasted time and money and still have to get my kids food on the long drive homeFood: 1/5

We were so excited about our food since it was taking longer, we assumed it was going to be super fresh! The bag handed to us was so greasy, the napkin was completely soaked when I cleaned it up. Got home and all of the chicken was pink inside which was a huge bummer for us because we didn’t just want to eat biscuits. So it sucked to wait a long time, get a gross bag and not be able to eat out food. Waste of our money.

Honestly I’ve eaten at Popeyes at various locations over the years, very hit and miss. Just took home one of the best fried chicken meals ever! Very crispy, chicken was cooked perfectly, moist and flavourful. We normally don’t order their fries, WOW the fries were awesome too!! Went by KFC on the way home just for gravy… if every meal could be like this our family would be in bliss lol. This was a real treat tonight. Well done for tonight, recommend!

The chicken was terrible, tough and appeared to have been reheated up. The fries were cold. Very poor service and ended up throwing the food in the garbage. Have reached out to Popeyes directly. Been 15 days and no compensation. Not impressed.

It’s a shame that I actually like the food. The service is really disappointing. I always go through the drive-thru and without fail, every single time, they are out of what I am trying to order Which is just a few plain old chicken wings…and they often won’t offer to make any more either. They just say “We are out.” and then sit in silence. The rare time they do offer to make some more, it is a fifteen-twenty minute wait. I understand it takes time to cook food but my ultimate issue comes down to the fact that a Fast-food restaurant that is known for their fried chicken, never has anything ready to go. Why have a drive-thru service when none of the food is prepped in advance? Ive been to other locations and never had this issue. It only seems to be here that fails to make food ready to be sold. I also will note that I often come around 5-6pm. During peak dinner hours, a fried chicken “restaurant” is seemingly always out of chicken. I just wish whoever runs this location would keep in mind that many people don't have twenty minutes if they are using a drive-thru. Otherwise, food is good enough to have come back despite the slow service.

Good fried chicken, a bit pricey for takeout/fast food. Better than KFC in my opinion and it doesn't seem as greasy either. I like spicy food usually but I'd stick to the regular chicken.
