Ordered lunch this afternoon for the family and I. Everything was awesome, except for the absolute rotting lettuce they put on my chicken sandwich. Fully brown, slimy lettuce. Do they think people just wont know or care enough to notice? There is no way anyone who made that sandwich, would eat the lettuce they put on my food. This is an expensive fast food place to eat at, I expect at least relatively fresh ingredients. Please do better.
Ordered the Frost Feast around 6pm but the taters are too salty and the chickens are not well cooked..had to air fried again so we can be able to eat it.
To make a long story short we had a very bad experience at this location. Luckily after contacting the manager they made things right for us and we are exteremly grateful. The food here is top notch, not dry and definitely not greasy. I haven't had mary browns in almost 10 years and tonight and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you again for making things right we truly appreciate it!!!
Snapped this shot at 8:54 PM because I was giddy at the thought of a Black Friday night banana pudding treat and wanted to BOAST a BIT to the BUDS. BUT THEN as soon as I put on my mask to go in and the clock hit 8:55, a worker SPRINTED to the front door, made EYE CONTACT with me, SEALED the store SHUT, and SPRINTED to the back. With the lights and the OPEN sign still shining strong, I rushed out of the car to see if they would let me just purchase 3 orders of the shareable sweets, or, at the very least, pay me the common courtesy of saying, "Sorry, we just closed our register for the evening." I knocked on the door, but only the sudden darkness greeted me. I waited and watched to see if any worker would walk up, but by 8:56, a car parked adjacent to the shop was rumbling, ready to roll out. Alas, with this blatant business blunder, I have learned that I must buy my banana puddings at other Mary Brown's that will not let me down. Note: Google says their Friday hours are until 8:00 PM, but the hours posted on the storefront window does say that they are open until 9:00 PM.
Good customer service and excellent food. Mr Yawar is very particular about the food he serves. Dietary restrictions: Halal served here.
If the store closes at 9pm, why is it always so painful on their faces to cook chicken at 7:45pm? The service near closing time is always terrible as though they do not want to be there or serve people. Why don't you close the store at 8 and clean up until 9 instead of complaining in your language when someone requests chicken meals like the company promotes? The food is always good, but I have serious problems with the employees.
Very disappointed at this location. Yesterday I went in to order some lunch and I had my government certified service dog with me. An employee came over and tried to get me to leave, stating that I could not bring an animal inside. He suggested I tie my service dog outside. Public businesses are required by law to serve a customer even if they have a service animal. And it is illegal to discriminate against customers with a service animal.
This location is filthy disgusting. I came in & staff was nowhere to be found. I waited almost 10 mins before singing out for someone. A girl comes flying out of the bathroom, did not wash her hands- giving me a dirty look and just rudely taking my order. I don’t understand this kind of service. After placing my order I went to use the washroom & it was too filthy to even use. I think this location needs to step their game up big time.
Love Big Mary Monday's! If you have never eaten here you need to try their Big Mary Signature Sandwich. It is delicious. If you want to have a combo with taters and a drink even better. Monday's they have a discount and the combo is $8.97 so it's a great day to try it. This location has friendly helpful staff. I always have a good meal when visiting this location. Well put together sandwich and if your feeling like dessert they have some good options for you. Currently they have a banana pudding dessert that we enjoyed very much. They also have a cheesecake but it's much like the cheesecake pudding cups you get at the store in my opinion. Still good but not the real thing. Highly recommend supporting this location and the staff there!
Hands down my favourite chicken place. Tastes like actual chicken, not filler. Taters>fries. Never thought banana pudding would be as good as it is, but it's great!
