Harvey's

I love flame broiled burgers and Harvey’s has them. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers and the fact that you can put on whatever condiments you want. The Angus Burger was great. We also ordered the poutine and it was good. We dined in and the ambiance was nice. The restaurant is part of Swiss Chalet so the washrooms are on the Swiss Chalet side. We enjoyed the food and will return at another time. As a side note Harvey’s also serves alcohol.

Just went through the drive through and the young ladies were so much fun. I ordered the veggie burger which always takes a long time to cook but those girls made the time go swiftly by. They make a very good team and we were able to have a few laughs. Will def. go here again.Food: 5/5

This is an update of a review I did June 14/22, I hit a bad night. The manager was immediately responsive. She listened, was respectful and professional, and told me their best practices of follow up with both staff and customer. I was impressed. I generally go with if you don’t make a “mistake” as an employee you don’t learn, right? Today I was treated both with a replacement meal but also with the speedy and great customer service I know to expect from Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet here in Sherwood Park. Nicole’s reception of the situation when I went in today was warm, friendly, and super efficient. Thank you so much!

Patty's were burnt and had to ask for a fresh one, still burnt. Fries were cold. Had to wait to get fresh ones. With that many staff, you'd think things would be fresh. This is the only Harvey's this had happened to me at. Edit - Well, they got back to me very quickly, and no less than 3 people dealt with the issue. In the end, they gave me a e-coupon that basically replaced the meal that I wrote about above, and gave me a whole $3 on top of it. Just for the record, I won't use the coupon. I'll still eat at Harvey's, just not this one.

Absolutely phenomenal and they have contraband plastic straws. Love Harvey's but this restaurant is just killing it. So fast & everything is perfect.

Been to this location a handful of times. Once was a little later at night 730 pm and the crunchy chicken burger was so over done I couldn't eat it. Every other Harvey's location I have been too has generous portions of onion rings but this location no matter if I order just the rings or frings they are really small portions. Example....today 4 onion rings in my frings and exact same in my husbands order. Obviously a choice to be that cheap with portions at this location. I recommend any other Harvey's BUT this one.

I just wanted to share my positive experience. Husband & I went for lunch, my husband went to get a milkshake and I wanted him to try the coffee shake but he chose Oreo. While we were eating a wonderful lady named Danette sorry if I spelled it wrong came over with a coffee shake for me to try! It was so sweet of her, she made my day. And the shake was delightful:

Over priced burger with a bone-dry meat paddy. Will not be returning. On a positive note: Staff was pleasant. Dining area was clean and updated.

The young man behind the counter today was so friendly and very easy to talk with. He good at his job. I'm sure he would grow into an excellent sales man.
