Panda Express

Normally we enjoy coming to Panda Express, but not today. Worst service ever! Fountain drinks doesn’t work, waiting for food longer than ever, people not coming and it’s lunch time. Plus asking for a bottle of beverage but because we are waiting for the food they want us to pay for the drink alone, i said ok I will pay for everything now, anyway they think we are gone run away with a bottle? I don’t know but I am feeling that the place is dying and at least in our case won’t come again, at least not to this location. I put one star … just because there is not option for no stars

Employees were patient and friendly despite my inexperience ordering there. Luck had it that the sides I ordered were almost depleted, so i got larger portions who would complain, right???? Food was good! I don't know what else you want from me! Kid-friendliness: Kid menus, kind employees Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or large bumps, inner door had a button to open automatically

Waited 15 minutes for cold food with no noodles or chicken. I was served a plate of onions and celery with a sprinkle of Beijing beef. Atrocious food and terribly overpriced considering the portion size. They should honestly be embarrassed!!!! I will never eat here again.

This review reflects the lack of staffing NOT the work of the staff that are on shift. The server was awesome working the drive through and customer walk ins. The 2 staff in the kitchen were doing the best they could to stock up on dishes. The food was great, service was amazing, and it was clean. The improvement would be having a staff for drive thru and maybe an additional kitchen staff? The 3 workers were doing their best but they got backlogged very quickly unfortunately

I went here to dine in with my family in a busy hours but the staff were able to manage everyone smoothly and being so friendly. The food is so good and fresh, and the staff made sure all our orders are correct and they are very attentive. The place is very clean. I will definitely come back.

We love the food WHEN the order is actually correct. I keep thinking "maybe this time they'll get it right" and going back. I would say they have about a 30% success rate on getting the orders correct. We got smart and started checking it in the drivethru before driving off. We learned our lesson after opening it up at home and finding it wrong. I seem to always be annoying or inconveniencing the staff when I order something that has a wait time for it. What I find odd is why is there almost 100% a wait time for rice or vegetables....yet people go inside and grab food instantly. I've sat in the car waiting for almost 30 mins at times. When they get it right, its good but today was the last time they got it wrong before I left this review. Some suggestions: - #1 Ensure the order is correct. Basically inexcusable considering the small amount of items on the menu. -#2 Invest in people with some actual customer service skills or atleast the acknowledgement that customers exist and maybe treating them with a little decency wouldn't hurt - #3 For a place that serves basically buffet style food, at the actual lunch our noon have food available so customers don't have to wait 10, 15, 20 mins. Makes absolutely no sense.

Went to pick up food at 3:45 on a Saturday. Not busy very poor slow service and most of the food items were out and they were still preparing, only one person cooking, waited 15 mins for order. Won’t go back!

the woman working tonight was just bad. i asked for bigger plate, half mixed greens and half chow mein and she instead gave me half chow mein and half rice then i told her i didn’t want the rice i wanted the greens then she charged me for the greens as one of my entrees even though it’s not even an entree. she also gave me a very small amount for one of entrees i actually was able to get. i shouldn’t have been charged the amount i was for her mistakes.

Fast food Chinese buffet. The food is good, the quality is good but nothing really stood out. I could go to any food court and get the same experience. The restaurant is clean and well lit, washroom is clean also. Prices are reasonable. Nice but average.

Ordered from Panda Express via DoorDash last week. They messed up my order so badly. Not only did it take them almost 1.5 hours to make the food and deliver it but one meal was missing. I was told that when I ordered at 6:15, it was pretty much my fault that the meal was missing as they were busy. SERIOUSLY…. It almost 8 pm by the time our order came to our home. I drove through Wendy’s to get my son his supper as there was no way we were waiting for a meal to be sent out as a replacement at 8pm. The Panda Express employee hung up on me when I was on the phone with her. Super rude and unprofessional service. Definitely not going to be giving my money to them again
