Went on December 26, at 3pm. Ordered 97.23 worth of food. Had four $25 giftcards to pay for it. Employee took all 4 cards, swiped one really fast and said "gift cards not working today, pay cash" I asked if he could try again, or if he could type in the giftcard numbers. I did not plan to go there to spend anything but the gift cards. He moaned and said "ill go to drive thru" he walked away and came back within seconds and said nope our machines not taking gift cards pay cash or go. I asked if this was a recurring problem as i seen no signage indicating customers could not used giftcards. To which he then yelled at me and my kid "pay cash or go already" i stayed calm as my kid was now upset and asked why he was being so mean. I paid devit for the meal and asked for my gift cards back. Quickly placed in my wallet and we waited. Nearly 20 minutes for the food to be ready, and when we received it the same clerk was glaring at us behind the other worker. My son took the food and asked to go as he was scared. When we were driving home i noticed he only gave me back 3 of my 4 giftcards. On top of that i was charged for an extra zinger i did not order, and our meals cost more than the prices listed on the menu board. I couldnt understand how our order was so high. When we get home and unpack our food, the zingers were mangled, looked like they were slammed. Torn buns, and with the grossest brown mushy lettuce i have ever seen. We could not eat them. We were missing 1 order of chili cheese fries, also an item part of a value box. Then my kid bit into his beef burrito and said it tasted weird. Wheb he opened it up it only had rice and cheese sauce, no meat! He then opened his chili cheese burrito and it only had cheese sauce! I called the store as i do not drive and we had gotten a ride, and after numerous attempts no one ever answered. I did the surbey and asked to be contacted and nothing. Worst service ever and worst food ever. So very disappointing.
Me and a couple friends came here for lunch, it wasn't very busy. I ordered a crunch wrap and supreme fries, my crunch wrap had four pieces of tomato, like half a scoop of meat and no cheese, which i asked for all. My supreme fries had almost no toppings on them. My friend got a two tacos and neither of them got cheese and had almost no meat, filled completely with lettuce. And the other one also got no toppings on her fries supreme. I don't plan on coming back and would rather drive to Edmonton at this point or go to another taco place. Extremely disappointing.
The worst fry supreme I’ve ever gotten. I should have just ordered fries because that’s basically what it was. I ordered no beef, and thought maybe I’d get some extra tomatoes or something, I was actually shocked when I opened the lid. Extremely disappointed. Whoever made this should be fired for the piss-poor job. I understand this is fast food but I would have never paid for this if I knew it was this bad. Will never return to this location. I’ll make the drive to the city for better service and quality food.
Update: I was one star but they won back my heart with the next order. Received more than enough sauce : Old review: I ordered off Uber eats from here and I’m obsessed with the sauce. It’s the only reason I eat here. I ordered embarrassingly like 20 packets. Received literally none.
Bathrooms are horrible and very unattended. This locations seems to need more attention to cleanliness and one can only hope this doesn’t also mean the kitchen areas.Recommended dishesFries Supreme
Avoid this Taco Bell - KFC location in Sherwood Park. The food is not made correctly, the items are cold at opening, the store is dirty and not clean. Myself and another customer questioned each other because the KFC gravy didn't taste like gravy it was something else. Anyways do not go here.
I have wanted to review this place for a couple weeks but figured I would give it another chance first.. first time because the tables were sticky and crumbs all over them and the food was not good.. your cheese or fries Supreme you get half of what you get at other locations.. the steak is way over cooked. I paid a dollar for a side of jalapeno sauce that was just under a quarter full.. my daughter wanted soft tacos no lettuce literally a spoonful of beef on it.. figured we would give it a try again today and overcooked steak quesadilla and Pita with just over a spoonful of beef smeared through it... several years ago that used to be a good location not sure what happened to it.. if you want a good Taco Bell experience I would recommend Taco Bell in Capilano or South Common
YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING from eating here! I ate here around a year ago and was very sick from food poisoning. I decided to try it again, thinking it was a one-off. My friend who came with me became violently ill with food poisoning. Twice in a row, the negligence of the staff here put our health at risk. This place should be shut down!
So, this is a few days late because I sent a message to Taco Bell Canada as suggested on the website, but since they did not reply I'll throw this up in a more public spot. Monday, we grabbed lunch from the Sherwood Park Baseline location. We know what we're getting when we go to Taco Bell. Our expectations were low. I had a craving for that low quality yet delicious flavour that taco bell delivers. We have noted that portion sizes for meat have gone down over the years, I assume, to keep costs down, but Monday was below my already LOW expectations. We didn't take pics of everything... but everything sucked. Here's a pic of my "Beef" Crunchwrap Supreme which had a thin layer of beef on MAYBE half, you can see it peeking out from under the lettuce. It is very clear to us, that either the recipe wasn't followed at this location, or Taco Bell recipes have dictated a pathetic portion of meat. Next time... Taco Time
My food was old we r going back now and getting r money back not happy at the taco was mold
