Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I will always give a business the benefit of the doubt before I submit a negative review… especially if the business is short staffed, like this Popeyes location. However, this is not the first time I have had an issue here. I have ordered food from this Popeyes probably around 10 times, and every single time, there is something wrong with my order. Most of the time, it’s something small, like missing a straw or a napkins or something. Other times, it’s something significant, like a missing food item. Annoying, yes, but people make mistakes myself included, and I can let it go pretty easily. Today was kinda the last straw. They didn’t have the new dessert wild berry beignets, so that was a bummer. I wanted to avoid a long wait time by going through the drive through I literally waited in line for 40 MINUTES last time I went so I ordered through the app, and selected the available option for lobby pick up. I waited for my selected time, and when I showed up, the lobby was closed due to short staffing. I got back in my car and lined up in drive through, which was 10 cars deep . Then I give them my order number and name. It took him a bit to find my order, but he found it so it wasn’t even ready at my scheduled time. Then I pull up to the window, and he says “two chicken sandwiches?”, and starts to hand me the bag… nope, not my order. Then he asked me my name again. I told him, and he found my order, and handed it to me… didn’t confirm what I ordered and didn’t ask me if I needed any condiments or sparkle seasoning or anything . By the time I looked in my bag, I had moved my car forward and the car behind me took the place… so I couldn’t back up and I couldn’t go to the lobby because it was closed I was not going to get back in line, so I just went home. The new nuggets were good. They were nice and fresh, but I would have loved to dip them in some kind of sauce, which I wasn’t offered. Then I started eating the red beans and rice. They were DISGUSTING!! The rice was severely undercooked. It was actually crunchy and some of it was inedible. I had to throw it away. Probably the last time I will visit a Popeyes, sadly. When it’s good, it’s really good!

Quality at this location is really bad. Like all the other reviews say, check your order before you leave the place too to make sure you got the right food. Also extremely disappointed by the chicken pieces: overcooked, dry, tiny! The drumstick is smaller than the palm :

I live in south King county and I rarely ever go to Popeyes because the service isn’t always the best. However, I was visiting a friend up north and we decided to stop by. When we walked in the store was clean, and we were greeted by the crew. There were a few people ahead of me in line, and I believe they were short staffed but the line was moving along. When I ordered it took a few extra minutes because the chicken had just come up, which is fine by me because I love fresh hot chicken!! Because of the wait the manager gave me a dessert, the banana cream cake and it was really good! Overall it was the best experience I’ve had at Popeyes in a long time. I just appreciate being more than just an order number.

I enjoyed a sandwich of hot chicken! It was extremely tasty! The chicken was flavorful, not greasy, and spicy! It wasn't extremely spicy, but you could tell it was the spicy sandwich. The Cajun fries were delicious. I coated them in barbecue sauce. There are Coke products available, but not Cherry Coke. I had a medium Hi-C that was fantastic and comparable to a large.

I chose to use my mobile phone APP for Popeyes Louisiana chicken while giving my order and listen people!! I saved $$$ I only had to give the cashier a code from the phone APP this took seconds to do!! The food was delicious fresh and was already cooked stocked and ready to be ordered. These employees are welcoming and take healthy pride in serving our community. traditional value shines bright and I give FIVE

This location is decent if you already know what to expect. Food is good. Service is eh considering it’s filled with careless teenagers. After waiting a usual ~45 minutes in the drive-thru, an employee will look you dead in the eyes while they hand you half your order without the sauce And if you’re lucky, they might include utensils. I’ll come here when I don’t feel like driving 10 miles out to the next location.

Ummm not sure what they tried to feed my family but it wasn’t food. The coleslaw looked like baby vomit. There was no chicken on 2 pieces of the 4 piece meal. I tried to pick apart a piece for my child. There was 1 sort of edible piece. Fries were like refrigerated cold. Never been here - just wanted to see what the hype was about. Gross.

While in Everett for the holidays, I had the pleasure of dining at Popeyes and can attest to the fact that not only is the cuisine great, but the service is top-notch as well. They kept the place tidy and had pleasant service. Management, you get props for pulling this place off.

The lady who took our order was a hoot. We asked about deep fried chicken gizzards and she said no. We order something different and she asked if we were from the South. We kept takin about gizzards and she advised us if a place we can get them. She made us decide we definitely would come again. Awesome work ethics here. Laughing, smiling and happy group.

Staff in the drive thru were very nice. Y'all get less stars because you were out of the banana creme pie, red beans and chicken nuggets all of which I specifically went there to get! They gave me an extra chicken tender to make up for it, but gotta make sure to keep stocked for why folks use up gas and wait in line.Food: 4/5
