You can order online and it is available in around 15-20 minutes for pickup. The dining area is still open so you can sit and eat there

How do they even serve something like this. Portions were not even a full scoop. Missing tomatoes, corn, lettuce and veggies which I ordered. But hey at least they didn’t forget the guacamole this time. Most likely the worst Chipotle ever, don’t believe me just read the other reviews.

Taste was as expected. The servers there need to wear masks though because I didn’t intend to purchase a serving of saliva too. They talk over your food while working, that’s not okay.Recommended dishesChicken Bowl

Yeah people, listen to the reviews. My first time ordering from this location and its gross... and of course I'm missing my guacamole even when my receipt said it has been paid! But I never received it in my delivery. Definitely getting my refund lol, this place is a sad joke

This location is useless. Dont even bother wasting your time. Any time I order from them online for delivery I either never receive my items or get the completely wrong item. I paid extra for guacamole and didn't receive any. I didn't get the salsa, veggies or sour cream either. What a joke. this occurs any time I've attempted to order from them over the last 6 months.

The staff and service provided were excellent. My customer experience at the location is great. Service was fast and efficient with a smile. I ordered the salad bowl with steak and guacamole. The portion satisfied my hunger and taste buds. I was traveling to Canada and this particular Chipotle is a bit out from I-5, but worth going to.

By far the worse chipotle I've experienced. Not only will they get your order wrong but you'll stand there waiting to get your meal and they'll completely ignore you. I was there waiting for my food and several times I keep saying yes I'm waiting for my order. Yet you get these blank stares like you don't belong there. I blame management or maybe the corporation for not paying these employees enough cause they just don't care. If it's not money then it's management because the lack of respect you get in the place makes me wonder how that went so low to make people feel miserable. I've been to this place too many times to keep getting unsatisfied service. I can safely say I hate Chipotle in Everett.

Great place to pick up a quick meal, especially when you're running errands. Be mindful that they might be short-staffed so sometimes there will be a sign that notes only digital ordering. Folks will stand around before noticing the sign for virtual orders only. Otherwise, great folks working the location and good food.

The only Chipotle restaurant I've had bad experiences with from the many I've eaten at while traveling the U.S. for work. Sadly this is the one in my hometown closest to me. My order just now came with the soggy, clumped brown rice that just made the whole meal taste like citrus. The Carne Asada was less than half the usual portion. I had to throw away the last quarter of my meal because I just didn't want to eat just tasting lemons in my mouth after I realized there was no meat left. You can see my brother's order with sour cream that is almost spilling out to the side. Ordered for 5:15 pick-up and was ready at 5:45 pm. I know most Chipotle locations can get very busy, but this location especially seems slow and/or understaffed. EDIT: Ordered again today. This order was the most impressive bowl I've ever seen from Chipotle. Loaded to the brim with a good balance. Ordered at a less busy time so your results may vary.

I used to order from here weekly. For the past 1.5 years it’s gone downhill. Drastically. I’d like to say it’s “new staff that are inexperienced…”. But that only gets you got so long. I regularly get cold food. The rice is constantly undercooked. I order through DoorDash more than not… and I almost never get the chips I order. If this is something that they run out of… it shouldn’t be an option to order that isn’t the fault of the local restaurant but the fault of Chipotle as a whole I wait months between orders hoping they’ll get better. And unfortunately, that’s not the case. Hopefully new management can come in and make some great changes.
