This place has definitely stepped it up since the last time I’ve been here. not sure if it is under new management or not but I was very happy with the service I received. I called in my order because normally it would take unusually long. This time it was right on time and they even called me to let me know my order was ready. The customer service was a lot better and the wings were not sitting in a pool of sauce. They even remembered the blue cheese.
Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it’s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn’t tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn’t even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I’d eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf’s quick check, I would’ve seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can’t even deliver a quality meal.
My order said 16-21 minutes in the email. I got there 30 min later. I asked for my order, the young lady at the front said they were trying to find it. I sat there for an extra 30 min and didn’t complain because it was busy. After that, I went up and asked for my food again and they said we’ll check. She then started asking the cooks about different things, including my order, so I asked the lady working the front about my order and she said she’ll check. They both came up to me and asked my name again and when I told them they looked on the rack behind them and said ohh here it is. The food was cold. I ordered it at 7 and it said it would be ready within 20 min. I left at 8:10 with my food. Never again
Staff is awesome, fast and friendly but they don’t have a tip jar/accept tips. It almost felt wrong seeing as practically every other place goes off tips. The wings were alright. We got a bunch of flavors but the garlic Parmesan almost tasted like they didn’t put enough seasoning on. Could just be my preference though. Outside of that, I wish they marked if the sauces were ranch vs bleu cheese so it’s not a guessing game. But awesome location overall.
I really enjoy wingstop wings. Especially bone in. Nothing amazing but a solid wing you can count on for take out. The wings have always been good. The issue is accuracy. A couple times ive gotten items that were the wrong flavor. Ive never been shorted on the AMOUNT of food but definitely had the wrong flavors. For instance last time i got 4 flavors 50 wings by the piece when i got home i had 3 flavors, they doubled up on the hot wings and i didnt get any mango habanero. Not a deal breaker but unfortunate. Ive also had to wait extended times before way over the quoted time of 16-21 min and ive seen many people get quite frustrated at this location. Last 2 times timing has not been an issue for me.
We went in on New Years Eve night, was super busy but staff were nice and we got everything we ordered including extra sauce. No reason not to come here. Most of these reviews are for DOORDASH not this wingstop. Kind of annoying everyone is leaving 1 star reviews because they are incompetent
Worst wingstop in the area. I've been twice and I will not go back. Barely any sauce for the wings and little to no seasoning for the fries. I paid for extra seasoning and got plain potato sticks. The customer service is meh at best. Horrible experience.Food: 1/5
Workers standing around , and playing with thier phones. It has been more then 20 min since I order and the fryers not fully occupied and it is not that busy . So they could have made my order long time. The fires was cold and wing were not great. I have 15 years of experience working in restaurants
The food is great at this location. Orders usually do not take too long. Reason for a low review is due to the fact this location will not accept cash as payment.
This place is Great! The food is so good!!! YUM! The service is top notch like the food. Even though the staff here is young they run a very respectful, clean, competent business! Everything has been exactly as ordered, got and fresh EVERY SINGLE TIME! Kudos Wing Stop, your business is absolutley great from the cleanliness of the dining room, bathrooms and kitchen, The friendliness and competence of your staff to the orders being put out hot, fresh, fast and correctly! Doesn't get better then that! Parking: Parking can be difficult when there is alot of traffic at this business strip. The parking lot is fairly small and extremely dirty and littered with trash from what i believe to be foot traffic cutting through this parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: it is ground level and completely flat. there are a few handicapped spots.
