Ponderosa Nature Resort

We had a wonderful time here. The people were very friendly, the facilities well maintained, and they have quite a bit to offer. From pickle ball and tennis courts to horseshoe pits, dart boards, swimming pools and hot tubs, a swim up bar, nature trails and more. If I have just one complaint it’s that you can’t bring your own drinks to the pool, you have to buy them from the resort. But otherwise it’s a great place to visit.

Been there 4 times now and it is amazing staff is friendly and the people there are great Very good atmosphere If you want to just relax and take your clothes off this is the place I love it here I might be buying the membership

I only spent the day there visiting a friend but it was my first time. Camp is really nice to drive through

1st visit to this location. The big pool was under renovation. A nice swim up bar. Affordable cocktails and beer. Nice people. Can't say Anything bad

Omg this was such a great place. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was amazing. The people were fantastic. Overall an awesome stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

Be very careful when you book. All deposits are non-refundable. If you have to change dates, they won't transfer your deposit they used to but refuse to now. I called to cancel this weekend due to a family emergency and asked if they would transfer our deposit and was told, "we don't do refunds". I said I'm not looking for a refund and just want to apply my deposit to a different date. I was told we were only giving her a couple of days notice we had called days earlier but she wasn't there so she wouldn't be able to book someone else in which implies that if she was able to book someone else in, she would have done something to help us. I reminded her that they had transferred a deposit to another date earlier in the year and she said "new management, we never refund deposits". I said well, again I'm not looking for a refund and you did this before so obviously, you have done it. She said, "we don't refund deposits". I said cancel our September booking. She said - you guessed it - we don't refund deposits. I reminded her that if we came in September we would be spending more money there - "we don't do refunds". I refuse to do business with people like that. Never booking there again.

Had a great time with my 4 year old brother we went swimming with loads of old friendly men while they called us handsome, I have never felt so special. 10/10 would recommend

No beach but staff and members were very friendly. Everyone hanging out at the pool. Grounds are kept neat, tidy and well groomed. Will be back.

Great experience for those wanting to enjoy au naturelle! Swim up conversational bar area. Food is not fancy, but tasty and filling and reasonably priced. If you don't want to buy, bring a picnic. Huge Olympic pool not heated but big hot tub and conversational pool area is heated.
