Went to the Ridgewood, NJ location. Had the avocado toast with burrata on one occcasion and the Mediterranean bowl on another. Food was fresh and delicious and filling. Place is spacious, modern, and clean. There’s outdoor seating too. Overall good experience both times - hoping to go back to try other things.

Delicious and healthy.  Lovely to look at. Kinda expensive. They were out of three different items we tried to order. I can forgive shortages since they're probably super busy during leafpeeping season, but the cashier had to come hunt me down at my seat *after I paid* to inform me that they were unexpectedly out of my entree. I chose a replacement entree, but it was still a wonky and unprofessional moment.  Vegetarian options: Vegan options available in all menu categories: smoothie, toast, bowl.

Walked in here with my friend for a quick dinner bite. This place presents a bright vibrant atmosphere but upon walking up to the order counter the staff member was on his phone and uninterested in helping us navigate their complicated menu and taking our orders. I ordered some Mediterranean Farro bowl with a smoothie. The smoothie was good which earned one of the stars from my review. My friend also ordered the farro bowl after me but then they told them they were out of farro. I have a feeling they scraped up what they could from the bottom of the pot for my farro bowl because it was crunchy and felt as if I was chewing on rocks. Not to mention, the toppings for the bowl and sauce were nothing to rave about and thrown on top sloppily. The 2nd star is for the nice decorations and bright atmosphere as shown by smiling face in front of their Instagram wall. But, I definitely do not have any plans to come back here again

Received warm welcome upon walking up to the counter. All four dishes were served with healthy avocados. The Burrata was great on top of multi grain bread with pesto and pistachio. The green goodness dressing on Veggie was fantastic on the sourdough. The Moroccan included a lot of greens, roasted cauliflower, carrot strips, and more ingredients. The Woke Quinoa was a healthy bowl with wide variety of ingredients.

Avocado toast with lox was amazing, and same with the grain bowl we ordered. Will definitely be back to try the açaí bowl!

Very expensive and extensive menu, food was good, service was great. The menu was very complex and no easily customizable.  And I was hoping for instant fresh juice then and there but it was not.Food: 3/5

Pretty damn good, but not cheap! We ordered some chipotle bowl and banana smoothie, both of which were GREAT af! The dressing for the bowl was so good and the pickled onion was yum too, only the farro was a little hard at times. The smoothie was good, definitely filling. We felt like the ingredients were healthy, but it could be from the ad too. But hey, we enjoyed it very much and the service was friendly and quite quick. Would come back!

Nice, healthy place to stop for a quick lunch. We got 2 avocado toasts the one with sundried tomatoes and feta cheese was super tasty and a juice. A meal will run you around $13 and a juice is around $9. Service was fast and the staff was super friendly.

My wife & I have come here several times & it’s always well worth it! We also attend the Unitarian Universalist Church at the top of Church Street. We serve breakfast to the homeless & people in need on Sunday mornings at 9am. When we asked Thorn+Roots for any type of donation they were gracious enough to donate 15 FREE SMOOTHIE cards! Great customer service & atmosphere! Thank you Thorn+Roots for your willingness to help our community & people in need!

Burlington, VT, Church St. location! I got the Chicken Cobb Job, it was fantastic with a ton of farm to mouth ingredients.  I’m surprised it wasn’t that busy as I would assume a line out the door with the exceptional quality of the food.  The staff, Kaitlyn, Gina, and Rachel were very helpful with explaining my choices and offering add-ons if I wanted to my bowl.  The place was also very clean with fun holiday music playing.  Next time I think I’ll try the PB&J smoothie  Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options!  Love the smoothies here as well!  Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front door and handicap bathroom
