Firehouse Subs

We order our sandwiches on their app and it is so easy to order you just run in and pick it up sometimes you have to wait though. The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection made exactly the way they are customized and they are always friendly to their customers. The sandwiches literally are to die for! We have bought platters for neighbors recovering from surgery and they go above and beyond to make sure that the order is fulfilled completely. Even the staff carried my platter out to my car for me! Talk about great service!

My favorite place for subs. I don't know if it's just me, but the subs here taste better than other Firehouse Subs I've had. Awesome people, evern when they get swamped they are nice and always have a smile.Food: 5/5

Generally FHS is solid, but I would avoid this particular location. Tonight I witnessed 3 orders in a row prepared incorrectly, the gentleman in front me, my order, and my wife's order. This is the second time I've been to this location and not received the correct order. I can't bring myself to go back, it would be like staying in an abusive relationship.

Very disappointed with the customer service today. Will not be going back. They need to train their employees on customer service. Never tell a customer it’s their fault. Didn’t apologize or try to make anything better. Sad…

This was a good experience one of my favorite sub places and it wasn’t good at all. Way to many onions and green peppers the bread was like old dry bread. I called to speak to the manager just now and he argued telling me what wasn’t wrong with my food.

It's possible the worker was having a bad day and frustrated. I was picking up a large order with a food delivery company and maybe he was also frustrated. But he didn't need to take out his frustrations and short patience on me. I'm sure the food was good. But the customer service was not.Food: 3/5

Had the Daily Special - New York Steamer. Excellent flavor. Quick service. Only negative is, I wish there had been more meat.

The young men working tonight killed it. Great service, great food and dang clean restaurant. My wife and I both had an excellent sandwich.

Always hot and fresh and very delicious. Firehouse subs & Jimmy John's are my two top choices for the best sub. When you purchase a sub here donate a dollar or two to their firefighter foundation cause it goes to buying life saving equipment for the men and women who risk their lives to save our lives. Been going here quite a while and I've never had a bad experience here. Very clean dining room & clean bathrooms. Respectful employee's and pretty quick food service. Trust me nothing compares to Firehouse Subs except Jimmy John's. They steam the meat which brings the juicy robust flavors of the meats out. I usually get the Hook & Ladder add bacon and recommend you try it if you haven't yet. If you haven't tried this place yet what are you waiting for?
