Horrible service, I can never talk to someone in the actual office or get straight answers about my medication status, and have been outright lied to on multiple occasions about what steps have been taken to ensure I receive my medication. No one ever seems to know what’s going on, and just shift blame to someone else. I have had to call back and forth between this office my insurance company and my pharmacy to check and re check up on them to make sure they’ve sent the paperwork they said was sent every time I’ve needed prior authorization, whether it was renewal for old medication or new medication it did not matter, I plan to find a new primary care provider ASAP. I could not recommend more strongly that new prospective clients find literally any other office to take their business to.
