I am so thankful for North Marshall Pediatrics. Dr. Jones has been my son's Pediatrician since he was born 8 years ago. Our son required some close monitoring at a young age and referrals to Pediatric Cardiologist. Dr. Jones is always very attentive to my concerns and always listens. The staff at this office goes above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Jones always makes me feel at ease and addresses any concerns I may have regarding my son. I would not trust anyone else with my child. The staff here is also very knowledgeable and always greets us with a smile! We are Thankful and blessed to have North Marshall Pediatrics.
A big thank you to everyone at North Marshall Pediatrics!! The office staff here is always so nice and welcoming, the nurses are great and loving with my son, and Dr. Jones and Dr. Chupp are always very thorough with him at our appointments. I couldn't have chosen a better pediatric office for my son!
My kids have been patients for almost 10 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is the best of the best. We love them and always feel right at home during our visits. Nurse Leslie is THE best
I love this office. We had so many bad experiences with 3 other pediatricians with my kids until we started coming here. From the time we started bringing them we have had nothing but positive outcomes. The nurses…Gloria, Leslie, and Morgan are great with my kids getting their vitals. They are quick and I am not sitting in an office all day. I love Dr. Chupp and Dr. Jones. If I ever need a referral or a script called in, it is done within the afternoon if not before! If you are looking for a good pediatrician that you can trust, this is where you need to go. I drive from Boaz to Arab and even when I lived in Blount County I made that drive. It is well worth it!
We absolutely adore Dr.Jones, Dr. Chupp, and all the wonderful staff at North Marshall Peds! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and to hear out ANY concerns. Very thankful to have such wonderful people taking care of my child! Thank you for all y’all do!

My 7 month old has been sick. They told me she was fine. I took her to my doctor and they said she had an ear infection. This isnt the first time they have sent me away with sick kids. Same child was ignored for 2 weeks when she was suffering with pyloric stenosis. They would not listen to me until she threw up in their office. Same thing with her older sister. She was bad sick and they did not want to do anything but a covid test. Turned out she had e-coli. They do not care. They only want to run your insurance and make money. I've fought with them over all 3 of my kids multiply times now. We are done with them
Always great with the kids. We absolutely adore Dr. Rhodes but have used other doctors here and love them as well.
The Best Pediatric office around!
My son got a Hepatitis A vaccine and is throwing up profusely 30min after they insist it is unrelated. This vaccine is not mandatory to attend public school and i don’t recommend it.
