Plymouth Bay Urology: Gillard Craig MD

My issue is with the front desk staff, not Dr Geffin or his PA. Dr Geffin is great and even went out of his way to see me in the hospital after I gave birth. However, at my most recent appointment, I was left waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes because someone checked me out, even though I was sitting right in front of the receptionist's desk the entire time, causing me to have to be see by the PA rather than Dr Geffin, which created a delay in my care as a final decision was supposed to be made at that appointment regarding kidney stones but the PA had me schedule a 6 month follow up, at which point we'd make a final decision. Additionally, the ONE receptionist doing check-out was busy and none of the check-in receptionists were able to schedule me so I left without scheduling as I was late for another appointment due to waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room.

I had a radical prostatectomy in June by Dr. Gillard. I was very happy with the end result. I felt totally at ease with his experience and bedside manner. His assistant Kristen also comes highly recommended. I felt competent that things would go smoothly As I was assured by the doctor and I was not disappointed. Dr Gillard's skill and experience comes highly merited in my opinion. I feel the best that I have in a long time. Thank you Dr G
