If I could give less than a zero stars I would, I've been waiting for over a month to get a prescription, back an forth between the pharmacy and staff, the support staff is totally incompetent. Was told fax was broken, email was down and just excuses after excuses every time I try to deal with these people. When you call you get routed to a voice mail if you need anything other than an appointment good luck, if you even can get one within 3 months. Both doctor and nurse practitioner are good at there job, explain treatments and course of action, But support staff is horrible. I have been a patient there for over 10 years and it is just getting worst and worst every time I have to go in. I fear the worst is yet to come when I ask for my records to be transfer over to another practice.

Scheduling personal incompetent, unable to get appointment , never called.

The administrative staff person who takes care of schedules is the most ignorant baboon to ever handle a phone. Her attitude reprehensive and she is always making mistakes with schedules and billing. It is a shame as the doctor and remaining staff seemed brilliant.
