Dr. Anit T. Patel, MD

Dr. Patel operated on my deviated septum. I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction. I was always congested and was starting to get sleep apnea from being so blocked. I am so glad I had this surgery. Dr. Patel is a perfectionist, takes his time, is very compassionate and thorough. His office staff and staff at the hospital is fantastic. It was a great experience. I have sent several friends and family to him for this surgery. This has saved my life being able to go to bed and breathe! Thank you Dr. Patel! You are a champion!

Weymouth location: I am very unhappy. I was suppose to come in as a new patient and they told me come at appointment time if paperwork is filled out. I was right on time but main street is completely under construction and my gps took me to the very next right after their builidng and to turn around and come back took less then 8 min but still made me late as the road is so busy and under construction. No one in their office explained their sign is very small almost illegible if your driving on a busy construction road. Maybe because they take calls out of Plymouth and have no clue about the construction or small sign I am not sure The sign is huge that says sleep something place and another sign on building reads dental something. The sign for their office is so small you wouldn't know they were there they should have told me beforehand the roads under construction and the sign is super small if they wanted me to be on time as it was impossible to find for me with my gps and I am young and know how to use one! And I was on time until I could not find it. They told me because I was now 10 minute's behind he couldn't see me. Ridiculous. They said he only makes 10 minute appointment slots!?!! And I was a new patient. That makes no sense. I will not schedule with them I will go elseware. Very frustrating. Took up my morning for nothing when I too have a million things to do, not just the doctor. The worst part is I scheduled with them instead of another office and now I totally wish I hadn't. New clients should never only be seen in a 10 minute appointment window. I am very disappointed I am not the type to leave reviews or even bad ones but that totally ruined my morning. Now I wont know whats going on with my health until I can find somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here as a new client. At all.

I saw Dr. Patel today and he was wonderful! I went in thinking I had a simple ear infection and left with a diagnosis of TMJ dysfunction, a diagnosis that makes complete sense and explains so many of the symptoms I have had over the years. Dr. Patel has excellent bedside manner, he is extremely knowledgeable, and he is very good at explaining everything regarding the diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Patel!

Dr. Durante diagnosed my very serious problem, gave me some drops and scheduled surgery for me for TWO MONTHS LATER ! The problems were very serious but there was no follow up. I believe i would have never made it to the surgery. I found a GREAT Doctor at Mass Eye and Ear and he Cured me in two weeks without surgery. I do not recommend Dr. Durante

I will give this off this five stars. As I see the only review one here is just the opposite of my experience. The office staff is remarkably kind. I think my weight may have been 15 minutes. I saw Dr. Patel. Who happens to be an extremely pleasant doctor. He explained everything to me in full detail. He performed a procedure on me. And the postop visit went just as well. I would highly recommend this practice.

This was the single most disappointing visit to a Dr. Ive ever had. There was no attention paid to my concerns. It was automatically assumed by him that I would be having a sleep study and a nap study. There was no attempt to gather the info from my last sleep study. It was like he was just going through the motions. I had high hopes for this doctor and this visit, but now I have no desire at all to return. I know that there are other, more caring doctors out there and I will search for one.

I am thankful I was recommended to Dr.Patel. He performed my partial thyroidectomy and I still had my voice when I woke up in recovery, also the recovery was speedy.
