This place has fantastic service. Kirby helped me troubleshoot fittings on my demand hot water tank and saved me days, if not weeks, of frustration trying to figure it out myself. We ordered a shower pan from a manufacturer in B.C. through Plumbateria. It arrived with a defect wouldn't drain properly. Not a good situation when you're renovating a bathroom and timelines are tight. The manufacturer was not being helpful with sending a replacement, but Plumbateria went to bat for us and put a rush order on another one, saying they would deal with the unhelpful manufacturer and returning the defective shower pan . They were very helpful with obtaining a replacement. I know for a fact we would have been helpless trying to deal with the manufacturer ourselves.

I was quoted $1100-1600 on a bathtub faucet leak, but a gentleman at Plumbateria solved my problems for $45. This place is incredible.

My faucet was dripping in my tub for several months. After a little googling on how to fix it I contacted Plumbateria to see if they had the part. They were very helpful on how to remove the faucet cartridge so they could find out what part I needed. They had the part and I was able to install the new cartridge. No plumber needed. My bath tub faucet is leaking and I couldn’t find a replacement from Home Depot, Rona or Lowe’s. My friend recommended Plumbateria to me and they didn’t disappoint me. They have almost everything. What is more amazing is that an old gentleman found a replacement for his walking stick which is really aged and worn.

Purchased a faucet sprayer hose for a discontinued Pfister product and they were able to tract down a suitable replacement. When I had a problem with the quick release connecter, they phoned and explained the operation and it was fixed instantly. Great service as in the past.

I went to this store last month with my girlfriend. We had already visited two Home Depot locations with no success finding what I thought should be a very common and easy to find couple parts. One of the workers at home depot recommended Plumbateria. Chase and I believe his Manager? Were very helpful in making sure I found the correct parts I needed and also found a way to save me money by reusing one of my old parts. I found them very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and efficient to deal with. They had me in and out of there store in about 10 minutes. I will be a return customer and I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Brent and his team for going above and beyond in helping get a replacement hot water tank for me on short notice and then really working the phones and sending the manufacturer's rep out to my house when the tank wouldn't fire up. I recognize that his prices are a bit higher than the big box stores but the customer service and knowledge base that the team has is outstanding and worth every penny. They stand behind their products and help you make an informed decision. You don't get that at the big box stores.
