Great store for all lawn care, we bought the snow blower here. Really good service. Also the the service rep was also so helpful and friendly.
Scott was very thorough in explaining the different machines. Despite being female I was treated with respect and did not feel rushed in deciding what machine best met my needs. He took time to demonstrate the functions the machine offered.
Great choice of equipment. 'JR' was very helpful today. He demonstrated the basics of the snow blower and gave knowledgeable advice on both pieces. Would highly recommend.
Shane I. was fantastic. He was very informative and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The people at Arn's are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've never left the store without getting the equipment or answers that I needed. This time I left the store with a brand new Toro 821QZE and I couldn't be happier!
Great customer service. Your crew made efforts to get me solved and on my way fast which is appreciated. Time is money.
Unfortunately we had a machine go down and it happens but the positive was they we were in another city at the time and gave arns a call to see what we can do, they put me through to the manger who so helpful. They over night the parts I needed right to my hotel at no charge! Thanks again!!!
