On Friday April 21, we were assisted by Candy. We were very impressed by Candy and we must commend you in having such an excellent employee. Candy was very knowledgeable and so very nice. She went out of her way to be extremely helpful, My husband is not very well, recovering from major cancer surgery and she brought all his heavy parcels to the car, that was very special. It is employees like Candy who are responsible for customers returning over and over to Amre Supply.

The counter staff in Calgary, Dave, Elmer and Les are always great. They all know their products extremely well. And Lee Ann in Inside Sales is always so helpful in tracking down the items that aren’t listed on their website. I highly recommend Amre for all your needs

I've dealt with various suppliers over a period of many years. Some good, many not so good. Recently I dealt with AMRE Les and I was totally blown away by the competence & customer service I received. I needed a fan limit which had failed after about 6 months. Unfortunately, I'd misplaced all the paperwork except the receipt. Les was able to access the prior invoice & identify the part I required. He also mentioned if I returned with the failed part, he could follow up on possible warranty. I didn't think much of it, but I thought what the heck and I brought back the failed part. Les said he'd let me know. I didn't expect anything until Les called back a week later requesting my Credit Card info so a credit could be issued. In 40 years of dealing with various suppliers, nobody has ever followed through like this. I can't remember when I've had a better customer service experience! Kudos to Les & AMRE; I intend to share this experience with anyone who will listen. Thank you!

The service was excellent. I hoped to find a part to replace a worn one that I brought in with me. David Mowser examined the part and said he was sure they had one that was a match. Another employee searched the inventory and quickly located it. All in all a great experience. Thanks!

Elmer was able to do what I thought was impossible today. I came in with partial return of my previous order from yesterday. Looked through my receipts folder and found out that I lost or forgot my receipt from yesterday...... I figured it was a long shot, but I went in anyways and asked if I could return the anode rod. As luck would have it, the part number was changed in the system and since I only have a COD account it isn't easily returned. Despite being almost 24 hours since my initial purchase the system hadn't updated yet and the order was still processing. With nothing more than a credit card transaction report on my phone and a rough idea of the time I came in yesterday Elmer was able to find the old order, photocopy it for my records and return the part with the newly changed part number. All while being able to help everyone else at the counter with a variety of part numbers and computer shortcuts. ASTOUNDING!

Les was very helpful and quickly found the part I needed to fix my unit heater in the garage. Price was right and parts in stock .

When my furnace stopped working and we tried to fix it ourselves, David M and Amre were beyond helpful. They had the igniter replacement part, confirmed our suspicions about the common problem, and even gave tips and tricks on how to install the part. We were in and out quickly and David even made us laugh after a couple cold days.

I had to come to the store twice today to get different parts for my leaking washer. Both times Les was there to help me. Also, the parts were in stock! Very smooth and easy experience. Glad I found this store :-

Maureen was just great! The line proceeds very slowly at Amre, but Maureen saw it building and jumped in to help, great sense of humour, which also made the people waiting for such a long time giggle too. Absolutely made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, a rare quality these days,
