Story

Banbury Lane Design Centre Ltd. was established by Peter Howell in 1986. Since then, we have been providing Calgary and its surrounding areas with high quality ornamental hardware and excellent service. Banbury Lane works with design professionals, custom homebuilders, renovation contractors, and homeowners who are completing projects. We provide the finishing touches to homes in progress, and updates for homes that are still evolving.


Banbury Lane offers door and cabinet hardware, architectural fittings, bathroom accessories, ornamental ironworks, decorative floor registers, mailboxes, and exterior entry hardware such as house numbers and address signs.
Banbury Lane not only offers superior products, but superior service as well. Co-owners, Lynne Drover and Jonathan Howell have extensive knowledge regarding the industry and products they deal with on a daily basis. A Professional Interior Decorator is also on staff at Banbury Lane to help with any design questions.

We have moved!
With mixed emotions and after 27 years at the same location, Banbury Lane Design Centre Ltd. moved to a new location. Our new home at 1301 10 Avenue SW is a 1911 red brick building that was once the AB Cushing Mills lumber store house. We purchased the building and had the first floor area completely refurbished to celebrate the buildings' heritage as well as to suit our needs. The final product is both exciting and beautiful. We would love to show you around our new showroom on your next visit.
