I found Plumbright Services several years ago after seeing glowing reviews on Which Local. I cannot recommend Tony more highly. He always arrives on time, explains things coherently, and without exception has solved all our plumbing problems and some of them have been complex and frustrating. He is courteous and conscientious and extremely fairly priced. Indeed, a couple of times I have questioned his bill because it seemed far too low. A five-star recommendation.
Tony brought all the parts needed to repair my kitchen tap. He responded very quickly and did an excellent job. Efficient and no fuss.
Unfortunately, the plumber gave us a poor service. Said he was coming at 8h30am - arrived at 11h30am with no excuse or calls. He arrived without tools and was more worried about the parking space than the actual problem. He refused to move the main dishwasher - as the space was too small for him, decided to call it a day and left. Afterwards, he barely answered back to the landlord's email. Not recommended.
Tony came by quickly, was polite, efficient and in the course of a service managed to fix my Vaillant EcoTEK plus 630. Highly recommended!!
My boiler was dead & another firm advised me to replace it at a cost of over £1000. Tony PlumbRight turned up on short notice & within a few hours, replaced the circuit board & got it going again, saving me a stupid amount of money. Top man, top recommendation.
Arrived promptly, addressed the issue with our boiler methodically and solved the problem. He also left the kitchen clean and tidy. Very happy with the service provided.
Great service, arrived on time, fixed the heating problem, serviced the boiler
