Adam and his team replaced our electric furnace with a new Trane gas forced air unit. Good, prompt service. The new furnace is quieter and our home is more comfortable. We have had the furnace now for a year and our winter heating bills have dropped by a net value of $200/month. (Of course, no change to summer bills).
We will definitely go to Blue Flame if we need any other gas service.

5 stars across the board. Great professional presentation by Joe. Quick responses from Rebecca. Super efficient installers and cleaned up nicely. I'm so very happy with my new gas insert. I swear in my previous life I was either a Walton or an Ingall's gal .. just love my natural wood-burning fires. For all you young ones that's from The Waltons or Little House on the Prairie. I can honestly say now that I will never go back to wood-burning. Love Love my new gas insert ... Thank you Blue Flame!

Two years in a row have received no service. This year phoned to get in the queue to get a service call, left message and never received a call back.
Phoned person I called second last year. Within 10 minutes received a return phone call and an appointment for a service call this week. This is now my number one call.
Blue Flame has failed twice with me in the customer service department.
