Tim Magus and his crew should stick to perimeter drain work, PERIOD. Landscapers, NOT. Cement retaining wall builders NOT. Fence installers, NOT. He charged me for grade one lumber for the fence. The Mill where it was purchased confirmed it was third grade. The posts used were not sufficient to bare the weight of the panels so that fence moved at the slightest touch. Magus refused to put it right or reimburse me or take it down. A new one has now been built by a different company at my own expense. The cement retaining wall sagged. As at today's date it has been reconstructed by a professional local company who know what they are doing. Known for his foul temper, this man is dishonest and uses intimidation tactics to try and prevent women by themselves to put up and shut up. Tim Magus is dishonest. DO NOT USE HOEDOWN. if you do, use their services at your peril. Further, do not be swayed into giving him an enormous amount of money upfront. I owe this man nothing. I paid him in full.
