It was absolutely an amazing time! Entrance and rides are a reasonable amount of money. Food was pretty standard. The only issue I had was that it was a credit/debit only situation. I was able to purchase a gift card as an option, which was fine with me.nnWe had an issue in the ride line for the Thunder Volt. However, the staff there Martin did an amazing job resolving the conflict with other passengers. Keep up the great work, Martin!
It was so funny, the terror houses are amazing and they have a lot. All the attractions were really good. I recommend it 100%. Something you should know is that they charge you $10 if you have a backpack taller than 30 cm 11.8 inch
The best and biggest amusement park in British Columbia. The classic 1958 wooden roller coaster is one of very few in existence and worth the long lines to experience. The 2 coasters typically have longer wait times to ride but there are plenty of other attractions to thrill all ages with more reasonable wait times.
Managed to make it out three times this season, and other than the wooden roller coaster and the new thunder volt we had little to no trouble getting onto rides without waiting. I wish they had more later evening openings because one of my all time favorite parts of playland from the late 90s was spending all night there with the flashing lights and blaring music.
My kids and I had an amazing time at Vancouver PNE Playland! It’s pretty close to Richmond, which made getting there a breeze. The park has tons of rides and attractions, perfect for little ones as young as three or four, right up to adults and even seniors.nnThe ticket prices are super affordable, and if you buy them online ahead of time, you get a nice discount. The park isn’t huge, but it’s just the right size with plenty to do. We went on a weekday, and it wasn’t crowded at all, so we barely had to wait in line for anything.nnOne thing we really appreciated was how many recycling bins there were—literally every 50 meters! Plus, there are lots of food stands, so you’re never far from a snack or meal.nnThe staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and we’re definitely planning to go back again this summer.
