The city spent a bunch of money to build this thing (in a great park) that hardly ever get used. I guess they do serve as really expensive chairs for people to sit on.

Went to Lafarge Lake to see Christmas lights and we were very impressed and a cup of hot chocolate from the kiosk was just perfect addition.
