Facility appears to be clean and well maintained. They had an employee in the parking lot helping with traffic flow. Inside is a large lobby with vending machines, spots for shoes, lockers, benches and arcade games. Every hour they do blacklight time for 20 minutes. There is a couple viewing areas if your not jumping. Also attached is planet laser and some rock climbing walls. Staff were friendly and we didn't wait long for service.
Hi nThis is MiriamnWhen I went there twice or three timesnI can’t remember nownI think we had a great time there together I saw signs that said no flipping into the foam pit because they think it is to dangerous to do it and they don’t want people to get hurt or injured flipping into the foam pitnI wanted to do flips into the foam pit even though it looks easy it’s dangerous to do it yourself when there is nobody there to support you and hold on to you so you don’t fall flat on your face when you try to do it yourself and try not to brake your bones out of shape and alignmentnAny how if you come walking fast to a wild horse and trying to get on and ride the horse without people’s permission and supporting you and the horsenThe horse will know when you come to close and tries to fling you offnAnd when you start to ride a bike when you’re little you fall off and get back on and keep going until you are able to do it and then you eventually can pedal faster and fasternFrom there on you learned how to bike by yourself
Me and my wife went there to celebrate out 1st marriage anniversary. Justin and Dakota did a great job, they made our day so much fun. So thanks a lot guys. Definenetly recommend this place. We’ll surely come back soon. Cheers!
Came for the extreme fun, left with extreme disappointment. The bathrooms? Not so extreme in a good way—no toilet paper in the women’s room, and I’m pretty sure the janitor was on vacation… indefinitely. As for the staff, they were about as chill as a caffeine-fueled toddler—way too much energy, like they were jumping on trampolines with their personalities. Wouldn't recommend if you prefer a relaxing bathroom experience or a staff that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being watched by overzealous gym coaches. Will stick to the trampoline park for my thrills, minus the restroom trauma.
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY.nIf I could give a negative star I would.nThe manager was the rudest person I have ever dealt with.nWe booked a party for my son's team holiday party.nWhen we got there, it was empty now I know why and I asked if we could have our room early they had 12 empty rooms and only 1 other party booking for the day. He told me very rudely if I had read what I agreed to online I would know I get the room at the end.nI said since they are all empty could we not get in early to set up.nHe then told me why not bend all the rules just for me and he was not my servant and then told me my ideologies were a mess?!nAfter that conversation I had to walk away as I was stunned.nThe other party that was there was also having a horrible time, with all the food and presents in horrible bins or all over the front.nThen one of the little boys in our group lost his sticker, I asked the front if we could have another and he refused we paid over 600 for this party and I had to purchase another jumper, even though he JUST handed out the stickers to the kids.nHis reason was he explained this all to the kids they are 7-9 and this poor kiddo was with his grandma who was probably overwhelmed. It was clear we were not trying to sneak in another jumper.nThen our pizza which we paid over 100 for came. They put it in the back somewhere and when I asked for it, they refused to give it to us till our time we had the room at that point so when we got our pizza it was cold.nThey say they have warmers but our pizza all of it was cold.nThis is the WORST experience I have ever had and will NEVER go there again.nThe manager was rude, incompetent and lacked all levels of service.nAVOID this location.
