My sister and I found this place searching on maps. When we went there it was such a nice experience to be around. First, they have this giant place where all the kids can go to do whatever they want not for little ones but for kids over 5+ and the place turns off the lights every 20-30 min which is amazing because they get these neon lights and it looks so bright, pretty and it gives the impression to be more fun for the kids. The second thing I loved about this is that they have plenty of space for parents. For instance, they have a specific living room just for parents with enough space for strollers, baby bags, etc. And they have some chairs with space for charge phones, it feels so cozy if someone gets to go with little kids, feels like home with all the ambiance. I went with my little son and we even lost track of time cause I felt like I was at home. Then my sister spent her special Thursday discount 1.5 h that they have every week with the giant balls jumping and jumping. It's such a huge space for a lot of kids and when the lights go off every 20 min and the neon lights are on it feels such a relaxing but fun environment. I enjoyed so much spending time with my little son there and also watching my sister jumping and smiling in such a fun place where kids get to release all their energy and relax at the dame time. I believe it was worth the price and we are going back once more to try the games they have there too.
The parking here sucks, they have very few spots even on a Tuesday it was full street parking was difficult to find. They were under staffed and most of the areas were closed. Like the foam pit ,the kids climbing area. They don’t put on the neon lights on schedule we were there almost 3 hours and the lights weren’t on for almost 1 and half hour. It is a really great place to have some fun with a big group though. Tuesdays are like happy hour when you get a day pass for price of 2 hours. It was fun to go there and jump a lot with my kids , great workout for 2 hrs. It would be great if it’s maintained and staffed appropriately. Would have given this place a 5 star for the fun factor if everything was functional.
I visited this place once with my son. He really liked it here! Jumped a lot and it was really fun. We were there in the evening and they turned off the lights and turned on the colored lights and it was very beautiful and interesting! We will definitely come again! if you want to have fun with the kids, I recommend this place!
We came during the Mom & Tot section and parking was not as bad until when we left and we had to backed out half the way because other cars parked super crazy as 40+ more people entered when we left. Instructions were lacking both outside and inside. Some play section was blocked off when we were there. One of the bubble ball was deflating quite a bit. However the glow in the dark was nice and the space was fun to burn some energy.
First the bad- the parking is trrrible at this place. However you can always drop off at the front, then park across the street at the bottom. There is plenty of parking there and you can just walk back up. Now for all the good. The place is packed and full of chaos. The two staff members at the front remained calm, were sweet and helpful. We arrived 30 minutes early and all of our 18 guests had socks and were ready to go in 10 minutes prior to our booked jump time. We booked a 2 hour jump, followed by a party room rental. I asked if we could go into the party room about ten minutes early. The nice guy at the front told me which room we are in and said I could check if they were finished cleaning. I went and checked and realized the room may be too small. I asked the kind girl that was cleaning the room and they immediately gave us a larger room wifi room and cleaned it up for us very quickly. We were in the room about 15 minutes after the allotted time, the staff had no issue with it and didn’t say anything. We also realized we forgot to bring a knife. I asked the same guy at the front and he had one delivered to our room. I agree with the reviews that yes it’s chaos but what kids party place isn’t? Kudos to the staff for being so helpful, kind and accommodating. Thanks again to the amazing staff for making this a great experience.
First time going there kids got invited to a friend's Birthday party on a Saturday. My first impression. Interesting place. Building is located in a strange area. Small parking lot for such a big place. Hard to find parking. At times there is no parking on the street at all. Not organized well. Over crowded. No crowd control. At times can be crazy. Kids getting hurt. Not enough staff to supervise. Relying on their TV monitors. And no one watching it. All Birthday parties should include a host. Our party room was small so all the parents were standing out in the hallway. At the end of the day, what really matters most is that all the kids had fun as long no one got hurt. We were a bit nervous at the beginning watching from above because of the lack of supervision from staff shortages. Not sure if I will come back. It was a bit stressful.
I booked a holiday team event here and everyone involved was very helpful and patient in the process. Leading up to the event and working on the booking and details - Thomas was very helpful in answering my questions, providing clarification and making the process to book much easier for myself. Communication was always prompt which I appreciated and because we were able to get almost everything settled right away - there was not much worry in the days leading up to it. The day of the event, the entire staff was so nice and patient with our team of 30+ adults - they helped us with the food, drinks, helping us lead our staff to the party room, etc. Mackie was the main person helping us and he was super helpful, made the check-in process very easy for our team and was very patient and accommodating. My team had a great time there and enjoyed the air park + the food and drinks and cake and went home happy. Just want to thank everyone again at the New West location for a great event :
Had my daughter's birthday party here last month. The guys who were working that evening were very nice and helpful. Kids had fun jumping around, black light came on regularly. One negative thing is that the prices on my bill were higher than what was quoted while making a reservation and what was advertised on their website, not by much, but it's still unpleasant, so 4 stars instead of 5.
Our experience here is really amazing and would definitely love to go back and recommend to our friends, the space is really huge, part the parking is really hard outside, and quote challenging, I hope they can fix it, especially during weekend
The boys had a great time. BUT I do have to say they came home filthy. The place is so dirty. The trampolines itself-bathrooms even just the main floors when you come in. You would think they would have someone cleaning and disinfecting the place. Especially with all going on. I did not expect my kids feet and grey sweat pants to be almost black. They should be having a cleaning crew every single night there with the amount of bodies coming in and out that door. I don’t expect 90-100% clean but definitely not 90-100% dirty. Parking is absolutely terrible. It’s worth parking away and walking. The boys had a blast so that’s the only reason this is not a 1 star review.
