Adorable clothing & accessories but no refunds, so beware! I enjoyed shopping here when my kids were small. My husband picked up a gift here and I bought elsewhere so he made the return an hour later and unfortunately there are no refunds, even same day. The credit is issued on receipt paper, so it’s easily lost and not made to last long. I would prefer a more flexible return policy.

I am pleased to Change my previous review to five stars, the selection and quality of clothing is top notch. They have worked hard to improve service the staff are excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Previous review: They have great clothing, Canadian themed. However if you want to watch the staff stand around and pay absolutely no attention to the customers this is the place to go. Really ladies the occasional hello or can I help you might increase sales. It’s actually uncomfortable to be in the store where three ladies stand chatting to each other and don’t even look at or acknowledge

This location has by far the friendliest staff who go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. A huge shoutout specifically to Miyuki & Stephanie for making a regular shopping trip with the kids one that really made our day! It's the first time our now family of 4 has gone shopping together at a mall in a long time and they really set the standard high. Thank you!

Small but lots of stock, friendly service

I love this place. They are a bit pricey, but always have plenty of things in clearance. Quality is excellent - worth the price for things like jackets and swimwear.

Childrens clothing store, cute designs, 70% off at the time of shopping. But this location is NOT PLEASANT - no assistance provided while unable to identify sizes clearly on clothing. Not a single word from the employees,

Good selection of kids clothing, but bad service. The manager only said hi when it was obvious I was going to buy something. She only stopped her conversation with her employee when I approached the checkout counter. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I didn't leave the store with a good impression. Will not be returning. I'd rather buy from their online store or another store completely.
