You'll want to make a reservation to ensure you don't miss out on this intimate napa-inspired eatery in Stowe. The menu changes frequently, with many dishes including a "choice of protein," - a nice change for people looking for plant-based food options that are more than an afterthought. I enjoyed a tasty freshly-made cavatelli with shrimp and a baby kale caesar salad saving room for their justly-famous banana pudding, which is served in a mason jar complete with lid for taking home. The friendly owners and staff make this a sure bet for a perfect evening.

Plate is always great. Food is absolutely amazing (but varies from month to month so you can't find the menu online) and the banana pudding for dessert is a must. Tip: Jamie's On Grain salad is the perfect starter. Service is exceptional and everyone is friendly. Booking ahead is a must, they fill up by 6:15 every night.
