Planned Parenthood - Spokane Valley Health Center

I had my annual exam and had the best experience from the Terry . It's already so uncomfortable going in as it is! Her bedside manner was so pleasant and welcoming. She treated me like a friend. The front desk lady was so kind as well. The nurse who took me into the exam room was in to much of a hurry tho and didnt make eye contact w me at all. So I was like a number for sure! But otherwise my Dr was so awesome thanks Terry!

A bunch of liars. I went in for birth control, they say I should get my woman checkup so I do. Doctors were great. I get to the register they tell me my bill is almost 250$ for my birth control and checkup. I ask if I can make payments and they say yes. So I paid my first 50$ and they said the law only allows 3 packs to be taken at a Time. So I take my 3 packs and leave. I come back to pick up 3 more packs and pay my next 50$, they tell me it's 13$ a pack on top of my bill but I'm allowed to take all of the packs I pay for. So now I've paid 50$ and 182$ and I still owe 200$ towards my bill from my checkup. It's absolutely ridiculous I'm paying almost 500$ for a checkup and some birth control. I'm a freaking waitress and struggle to support myself and children. Now this. Avoid this place. There's gotta be a better way to get birth control.

Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcome and like I mattered. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both attentive, informative, and generally kind. They took the time to make sure they understood my situation and didn't make me feel rushed, but they also got me in and out quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They are very non judgemental and very helpful. I really feel comfortable going here.

They have a nice facility here which I preferred over the Downtown location. I went for routine health testing. My original phone call to get info/book appointment was exemplary customer service. I was worried I'd see picketers but this is a very updated facility in a good area. I'd give 4.5 - 5 stars for overall office experience. Because their Online payment system was out of order I spoke with Billing at this place. Professional but a tad testy and hurried. I feel very sad at PP about the abortions but they offer many alternatives to it as well as affordable, true women's healthcare services. Wish their 'giving women a voice' approximate Credos on the wall also due return courtesy to the unable to speak unborn; I guess they paid my bill, cry out loud, although if front desk originally says funds cover, you may get an invoice.
