Front office does not following through with requests to see specialist. Made numerous phone calls taking 3 weeks just to get a referral.

Same review as other folks...Long waits (2.5 hours just for my son's immunization & flu shot), staff is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful! Bad & disrespectful attitudes & are unnecessary, unappreciated, & completely uncalled for! Try a little patience and compassion HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS!!! In addition Dr. Angella Julagay is the WORST & Dr. Travis Hunt is the BEST! However, we just got a letter saying 10/31/16 will be his last official day (letter was postmarked 11/16/16...thanks for getting that out to us in such a timely manner incompetent office staff!), I guess Dr. Hunt doesn't want to be affiliated with that office or its staff anymore either, good for him...bad for us 😢 My advice: find another doctor in another office and spare yourself the frustration, grief & heartache of dealing with this one!!!

Not recommended for new patients or current ones for that matter. They have an average hold time of 10 to 20 minutes when you call for an appointment. Sometimes the office staff accidentally hang up on you when they try to put you on hold to figure out who you are and why you are calling. Appointments are weeks out for current clients, new ones sooner I believe. Oh, and they average 2 hours to 7 DAYS to authorize prescription refill requests, which they have a 50/50 change of sending to the wrong pharmacy. In fact, in the last year, they have sent my monthly prescription to the wrong place 3 or 4 times, to a pharmacy I have never even used. And don't try to call them in early, because then they deny it and make you feel like dirtbag. Office staff is mostly unprofessional and rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Your well-being is not a priority at this office, sadly.

Took my girlfriend here for a scheduled appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early. Took forever just to check in, each person in line took 10 minutes and they couldn't pipeline the process. Then we sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes beyond our scheduled time before being called. After the nurse did her thing, the doctor came in for about a minute then left and made us wait for another 15 before returning. Needed blood drawn and they had two people try, but neither could do it. They finally sent us down to another office where a more skilled phlembotomist drew the blood perfectly in 5 minutes, in and out. Heard a woman in front of us complaining that her doctor had changed three times at this office because they kept getting jobs elsewhere.
