No clue why there are so many bad reviews. I'm guessing they're for a different part of Rockwood because I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Even though I was set up initially with Dr. Adam Brown, but I've been seen by others there at different times when Adam is booked. I think it's great they share the patients instead of having Dr's fight about patients. When I hadn't seen them in 2 1/2 weeks because of work and had made good progress they shouted it out to each other all excited and happy about my progress. They really care about their patients and know their stuff.
After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment with excruciating sciatica pain I was able to schedule an appointment during mid afternoon on January 17th. After being stuck behind two different busses delivering after school children I arrived 10 minutes late to the long awaited appointment The receptionist and therapist conferred for 30 seconds around the corner and informed me due to the late arrival I would have to reschedule I thanked her and immediately left. Arriving home I contacted my primary care physician Charles Haige, who does a good job, and asked for a different referral. He referred me to Performance Physical Therapy where I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. After 6 sessions of improvement they have asked my insurance for additional sessions and we now have discovered that Multicare PT in the valley has left their file open Representing that they are providing care thus once again continuing to deny me the care I need to recover. I will say that this type of treatment is not typical of Multicare Rockwood in general Thus I was shocked and speechless to be treated as the Valley PT office did. I would never be able to seek medical care from a professional provider with such callous bureaucratic disregard for human suffering
Terrible. Took my 1yr old daughter in for her appt, and the nurse told me she needed a bunch of shots. I told the nurse she already got two of the shots at her last appt. Then the doctor came in, told me same thing. I told the doctor she already got two of the shots. The doctor argued with me. I called my wife from the room, and my wife said she thought we already got the two shots. After I told the doctor that, she "looked" in a different spot and then told me it looks like we did indeed get the shots already. She then joked about it saying "well getting another one certainly wouldnt hurt". Not funny doc, we immediately changed doctors and will never use rock wood for anything again. Beware
I went to several doctors before going to Dr. Gwinn. He treated me like a priority and actually listened to me. The reception can be shoddy at times, and they have screwed up my appointment's before, hence the 4 stars, but my doctor is amazing.
I have been coming to P.T. for a number of problems and have always been treated with exceptional care and always with good results. The atmosphere is awesome, relaxed, fun and personable. I highly recommend Rockwood Multicare Physical Therapy in the Spokane Valley....on Houk.
This place is a joke! Appointments are made for a reason, second time I've made an appointment, taken time from work to get in, only to get to the clinic and have the office to tell me an appointment must have been cancelled... Without my permission or knowledge. Absolutely would NEVER recommend this clinic...
This place is sad, just plain sad. Came to pick up a RX and pharmacy wouldn't accept it because the DR forgot to sign it. We called in early to a signed one and I came to pick it up and have been sitting here for almost an hour because the DR was busy and couldn't sign it right away. Seriously? Bad enough the medical staff is dropping like flies, guess they just don't care anymore.
I don't know why people would give this place a bad review. The staff is very helpful to my needs and care. They work really patiently and always ask how I'm doing while doing physical therapy on me. If I could I would give them a 10 star.
I don't use this clinic. But it's totally easy to find. Almost everything in that part of the Valley is easy to get to.
