They hung up on me!!! I just called them a few minutes ago to get some more information on what types of classes they offer to see if they would be a good fit for me. The woman I spoke with started talking through the membership options, what Planet Fitness is about, etc. which I understand is part of what they are supposed to do. When she finished she asked if I had any questions, I asked my question about classes again and she answered. After that I laughed a little and said that was a lot of information. Instead of waiting to hear my other questions, she said “Okay, thank you, goodbye.” and hung up on me! I couldn’t believe it! So much for their motto of no judgement. I definitely won’t be using them. :-(

The employees here aren't bad but the "trainers" are garbage. They only want to harass you if you're not taking their classes. A lot of whiny middle aged women and older people that need to be informed about hygiene standards. I understand it's for everyone but when people can't use toilet paper correctly, then go use a machine, there's not enough disinfectant in the world to make me use that machine after them.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I have been a member at this gym for going on three years and I have watched it go downhill FAST! Super high turnover and so crowded it's unreal!! Very understaffed every day. I go in day and night trying to get my massages and the beds have been down for MONTHS. No exaggeration. They had one and such a long line I check in and leave without doing ANYTHING! I have been wasting money waiting for this place to get it together. I have witnessed terrible customer service and a complete lack of safety concerns. I have a photo of two employees (usually there is only one!) talking away while they have a huge cord outstretched for me to trip over! If I could get my money back for the last year I would be thrilled. "Cheap" does not mean better!!! Do not get sucked in! It is too crowded and they keep signing more and more people up without changing a thing!! Go somewhere that charges more a month and because with the yearly surprise charge they fail to mention, you are almost paying more than their competitors will charge! Not worth it!

Good service, super clean gym, showers and locker rooms. New gym equipment, really affordable gym memberships. Everyone working out there is super helping and really nice. Everyone wipes down machines after they're done. They really promote a no judging atmosphere.

Why all the bad reviews? This gym is nice. Sometimes crowded, just don’t go at peak times. Even when crowded I can always find a machine. I feel comfortable there and have gone 4X/week for a couple months and have lost 15lbs! This is a great gym if you are self conscious or new to working out on machines. It’s pretty clean, and comfortable. Sometimes I really wish they’d turn the a/c up more!! The staff is pleasant enough - I do wish they’d patrol the gym a little more. I have complaints about other gym members, but that’s not Planet Fitness’ fault. Too many people don’t wipe down their machines. And twice last week a group of young people seemed to think that hanging out on the machines talking (not working out) is ok. It’s not. Take your conversation and selfies outside. Lastly, I’d be happier if the tv stations they choose to air were more “peppy”. Too much news. That’s just my personal taste though. It’s a nice gym.
