Bob Keefer Center for Sports and Recreation's 97,000 square feet include space for sports tournaments, corporate events, meetings, classes, parties and more. Athletic events at Keefer Center (formerly Willamalane Center) have included tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball and even roller derby. There's no limit to what we can do at Bob Keefer Center!

Description
Willamalane Park and Recreation District maintains and operates five recreation facilities and 42 parks and natural areas totaling nearly 1,500 acres. Highlights include Splash! at Lively Park, Camp Putt Adventure Golf Park, 13 waterfront areas, 21 miles of hiking and biking trails, 15 sports fields and 24 playgrounds. Willamalane offers hundreds of recreation programs to more than 60,000 patrons. Created by voters in 1944, Willamalane is a special tax district, separate from the city of Springfield, with its own boundaries. It is governed by a five-member, elected board of directors and managed by a district superintendent. Online information is available at www.willamalane.org.
