At Willamette Valley we use CrossFit as a way to see what goals you can achieve inside the gym and out. You don't have to be a great athlete to do CrossFit, nor does making the CrossFit games have to be your ultimate goal. Here we like to promote using our kind of training as a fun and motivating way to achieve your own goals whether it be for better health, conditioning for other sports or just to make yourself more capable in daily life. Here we measure success by two things: Achievement of goals (whatever they may be) and how you feel.
