I've been a member for over a year and love it. It's perfect for someone with a busy schedule that wants to squeeze in a super hard (in a good way) workout. It's 30 minutes, no class time, and you get your ass kicked! Love love love this place.

Not very happy with the customer service. I work a lot of hours and have not been able to go so I want to cancel my membership and they are making in very difficult. I went out on my lunch to cancel (since you have to do it in person) and they are closed for 2 1/2 hours for lunch??? If that wasn't bad enough I called the owner to see if she could do anything about it with the circumstances and she informed me NO.......... I asked if she could fax me the cancel to send back and that was a NO as well. What if I didn't live here anymore and needed to cancel my membership?? Its 2015 people!!! Very poor customer service and not willing to help out in any way at all... Also informed me that it will come out of my account this month anyways. NICE!! Thanks a lot! Not...

It's way too expensive for the amount of time you can use the gym. I went 4 times during my 8 week membership and I missed out on at least 5 workout sessions because It is closed for 3 1/2 hours midday, at 2:00pm on Saturdays, and then closed on Sunday. They won't let you cancel your membership unless you give them 30 days notice. I gave them a two week notice and they wouldn't work with me. I cancelled my credit card because they were going to charge me for an additional month. Now they're going to charge $69.99 for a month that I'll never use, plus a late fee. Since I don't want to pay the fee, they will go after my credit and put any charges and fees on my credit report. They're nice at first, until they get your money!
