The equipment was missing pieces! Just about every treadmill was missing the cup holder and the handicap shower was unusable for most. I am lucky to have a very manageable condition, so I could climb up to grab the shower head, but if you're not able to climb on things to reach the shower and are average height or below, please don't expect to be able to reach this one. The shower head sprays at the wall when it's mounted in the holder, I couldn't reach it to bring it down without climbing on the slanted shower seat not very safe and then if you can get it down, there's no where to set it down without it spraying everywhere.

Ive been working out here for about 6 months now. Thr place is nice and has just about everything g I  ould need. The biggest thing about this place i appreciate is how well its kept. Ecerytime im there, staff member is cleaning something. Locker rooms, machines or restocking cleaning stations. This is great to see

Gym is nice. Workout was great. Showers are super cold and it looks like they’ve deliberately disabled the hot water by popping off all the temperature adjustment knobs in each shower. This was the shower I used. The rest were exactly the same.nnWhen I shared this with the PF team, they told me the “solution” is to turn on two showers at the same time. nnNot a good customer experience.

If you’re socially awkward like me you’ll love this gym. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they’ll always interact with you at your energy level. Feeling talkative? Staff will always greet you with a smile and a conversation starter. Feeling shy and not in the mood to talk? Staff will greet you with a smile and a wave and keep it short and sweet whenever you need to check out the amenities.nPlus their app lets you check the crowd meter and see if you’re comfortable with the amount of people currently at the gym. 10/10 this environment is perfect for people like me on the spectrum

I have been going there for 10 years off and on . This most recent time today I went in and it felt like a sauna . Felt like 85 degrees and humid and musky . I was 20 minutes into my cardio and I legit was struggling to breathe. Never has happened before the air feels so heavy . Going to cancel my membership and try a different place out that provides good cool airflow . With the millions of dollars they make you think they would keep it ventilated and a comfortable temperature in there .
