At 9Round, we're changing the fitness game. Our fast-paced, effective circuit training workouts are designed to get the heart pumping and keep things fresh and fun. Every visit delivers full body results in a quick, convenient 30-minute window. We don't do scheduled classes -- our members just stop in and get to work with our motivational trainers, so you can workout whenever you have time. We love sharing our passion for staying active and living healthy with our community, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to hit the next level. It's the best place I've ever worked out. Every day there's new exercises at each station . The trainers are always there to help keep you motivated and make sure you are doing everything correctly. If you want a challenging workout ,this is the place....

Love, love, love this place. Normally i am hard to stay motivated, hate going to gyms where you walk in and try to figure out what to do?? This place is motivating! You have some direction if needed, but its all you! Highly reccomend!!

I'm not usually one to sign up for a gym membership. I'm unmotivated and I can't justify paying that much for something I won't use. Gah, this is going to sound cheesy, but it's the truth. This one had everything I want in a workout: it's structured, so I don't have to come up with my own workout, yet at the same time it's just me at my station, so I don't have to worry about what anyone else is doing. It's not tied to a class time, so I can sleep in 30mins and roll in whenever I please. (So long as they're open.) But most importantly... I get to punch on real punching bags! All the punching! So fun! Oh, I'm a huge fan of the heart rate monitors they give you to help keep track of your workout. As a gamer, I always work harder when I'm aiming for a high score. Oh yeah, and the people are super awesome and nice too. I've taken classes with jerks for trainers, but these people are the complete opposite, without compromising on pushing me to do well in my workout. They don't criticize when I modify for my asthma, and they are always super friendly and encouraging. This place is an all around win in my book. Remember how I said I hate paying for gym memberships? Yeah, I happily locked into the 6 month plan for this place.
