CrossFit Spokane Valley

I love this gym, not just for the coaches and work outs, but for the community. Everyone is super supportive, and welcoming to newcomers. I've made some of my best friends through this gym and they are my motivation to come to the gym when I'm feeling sore. I'd tell anyone to come by and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Been a member for about a month or so and I have to say this is the best gym In Spokane. Everyone on staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Very convinient class times.

Moved to Spokane about a month ago and love this gym. Not only do they have the best coaches that push you to achieve your goals, but the community and comradery in each class is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who might be a veteran to crossfit or just trying your first class.

CFSV is a terrific place to workout and meet super friendly, like minded people. We Crossfit here because we love it, want to be better, get fitter, and/or be healthier. The coaches take the time to ensure every athlete performs proper technique and assists with goal development and achievement. I have met several personal goals by doing the extra work and having great coaches that take those few extra minutes to provide one on one coaching. I am proud to be part of the CFSV community.
