Small gym with your standard basic equipment. Generally non-douchey crowd, though you can occasionally feel the ground shake when a bro drops his 150lb barbell to the floor while doing a deadlift to let you know he's a veritable meat popsicle. Staff is friendly as are trainers. Only complaint is group classes were often rescheduled or mis-scheduled (not necessarily listed on calendar at front desk or calendar at desk and calendar on website do not match), and if you show up to a group exercise class and you're the only one, they cancel the class which can suck if you planned your day around it. You can tell most of the staff genuinely care, which makes you feel welcome.
