Horrible service at the pharmacy and endless wait times to get our prescriptions. Nothing to say about the employees they are only doing their job, but the pharmacist Paule Lafontaine is very rude and if you dare to make a little comment about the management she is behind and hears everything and when it is your turn to meet her she will tell you made to wait for 15 to 20 minutes and this after paying for the medicines so impossible to leave since they keep the medicines behind the counter. And it's not because Madam is too busy since in the meantime people including my partner went to reception and served her before me when I had been waiting to see her for 10 minutes already. She is just a hypocrite and doesn't bother to do her job properly. I have to go back to the pharmacy, she wouldn't give them to me because she wasn't able to pick up the phone and contact me or my doctor in advance even though I received confirmation that my medications are ready. Always overpaying for the service given and the work done. Last time I dealt with this pharmacy.
I came to take a photo and the young girl who served me was very friendly and smiling but she had to ask for help because we were having problems with the photos. That's when a lady arrives and starts talking behind the young girl's back to her colleague... very disrespectful towards me and the other employees by reproaching the young girl in a very stupid way for not having taken the photos as she did. it was necessary. Really unpleasant atmosphere! However, thank you to the young woman for being kind and doing her best!
