Canadian Tire

WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management team very disrespectful toward client. Ordered a 800$ item prepaid waited over 6 weeks and still didn't get it. Called to ask regarding my order was then notified that they would never receive it and nothing could be done except a refund. What type of customer service is that?? That is nothing regarding the way one of the manager talk to me. Will no longer gave buisness to this location.

My hands are disabled, so shopping is a challenge! I visited our Ste-Agathe Canadian Tire last week, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness. They have everything! I was struggling to lift a box of cat litter into my basket, so I put my purse down to have more mobility. Left the purse there! One of the sales associates found me several aisles away! Going back tomorrow, one stop shopping!

Absolutely the worst Canadian Tire .Staff if you can find will let you know that you are disturbing them and that they do not want to help . Complained to corporate and they promised to have the store manager owner contact me after a particularly unpleasant encounter .Never called I guess his staff is reflection of his poor attitude. UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY STUCK STAY AWAY.

Recently renovated and is now a very huge Canadian tire but there's like no staff so its hard to find anything or get questions answered, but before the reno great helpfull staff

Francine went way beyond what we expected, to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase and to give us great service.
