I ordered almost $8,000 worth of mattresses online and initially received excellent service. 1 king size mattress and box spring, 2 queen size mattresses, 1 queen size box spring, 1 double mattress, 1 twin mattress plus all the mattress covers. I need to return the King size box spring because the bed I purchased doesn't require one. It is still leaning up against the wall where the delivery men left it, tags are still on. Unfortunately, customer service says I need to speak with my sales rep, and unfortunately, after calling my sales rep multiple times and emailing him, he refuses to return my call and recognize my request. Very poor dealings with this company after spending so much money. Left a very poor experience with me. I have no idea what to do with this item if they don't take it back.
