great Italian pizza. love the freshness and the flavour. friendly staff, and the bar seats were comfortable enough. Great for a night out. They don't take reservations, so you just have to wait. I usually eat 2 slices of north American style pizza, but you will find yourself licking the plates. I would love to try the appetizers next time.

This place is amazing. The pizza is phenomenal. Don't be fooled by the people giving bad reviews because they had bad experience with take out. This authentic thin crust pizza is supposed to be enjoyed fresh out of the oven. I guarantee you will go back.

I love this place! Their pizza is very delicious. The dough is so soft and light and amazing. The one pitfall is that this is downtown-priced pizza, meaning that it's a bit on the overpriced side of the spectrum. Will definitely come back here again, but not as often and I would have hoped.

Great service, ambience and decor. The pizza is pretty decent Neapolitan style pizza. Good dough, but it's slightly under-cooked and soggy when served, and doesn't stand up when you lift up a slice. The tomato sauce was not very tasty or noticeable, and I'm talking about the margherita, not those other pizzas stacked to the ceiling with toppings. Maybe it's personal taste, but I prefer a sauce with strong tomato flavour and a bit of acidity and sweetness to it. The basil kinda got lost in there, I think they stuck it under the cheese and cooked it, which makes it lose its taste a bit. Overall a decent pizza, but for the price I would go elsewhere unless I was nearby and didn't want to drive far.

As others have stated, the environment, atmosphere and general look of the restaurant is fabulous. However, the actual end result and service is far from that. We ordered a pizza for take out, and when we entered the store to pick it up, firstly no one helped us for a good 8 minutes or so. Once they finally did, we left to go enjoy the pizza while we headed out (we were not home). We opened the box to have a slice only to realize they did not cut the pizza into slices at all. I don't care what the reason for that was, but that is just poor customer service. Has the right setting to be successful but poor service doesn't translate into an enjoyable, good food. The pizza itself was not that great even in taste. Would avoid in the future until better management comes in.
